Halloween


For Halloween this year I am hoping to have a spooky story party. The kids are working hard on creating these stories in class. To make this day work we would be looking for some donations in the form of fruit, meat or veg tray, microwave popcorn and some shareable treats (not too many though, as they will get enough trick or treating)

What Is A Lever? A  lever  is a simple  machine  consisting of a bar that rotates around a fixed point. The fixed point of a lever is called the fulcrum. Like other machines, a lever makes work easier by changing the force applied to the machine or the  distance  over which the force is applied. There are 78 people going on a field trip to the zoo. They need to drive in cars to get there.  If each car holds 6 people, how many cars are needed to take all the visitors to the zoo? 1.
